i just read about arnold superset workout, i gotta try that sometime. but doing supersets in my gym is kind of a pain in the ass because it is so crowded and you most likely can not access both exercises

I dont get why so many guys buy down hill bikes although they never actually go downhill... .

I use it for forest/offroad trails, i have two other ones but they wore down but had the same layout, this isn't even a bike for downhill.

I used to love watching the Tour, but all these dope related cases really tainted the sport. Every time i see someone go faster i can't help but think he used something. I'll probably still watch it though, the more exciting mountain stages anyway.
