havent we had a sports thread already?

anyway, was home a week ago and was too lazy to drive all the way to the gym so i went to the local youth / alternative center and trained in the little training room.

actually i carried the stuff out into the sun and did some deadlifts.

outdoor weight training is really sweet. can only imagine how awesome it is to be at the venice musle beach.

been there, done that @venice :trollseal:
was training in golds gym but haven't been training in the muscle pit...i'm not a fan of 40° no shadow training :P reaaaaaally awesome stuff though :dealwithit:

early august when i plan on starting to train seriously again, a buddy of mine who is somekind of into powahlifting stuff lately, has asked me if i wanted to train with him at his gym in berlin just for the lulz.
there are training known athletes from time to time like matthias steiner for example, at least he told me and there are a lot of stronk un's in general over dere. moreover you can do all kinds of strongman things, 250kg monstertruck tires, farmers walk and so on :O

i'm really excited about that :D with my puny weights i'm gonna be so embarssed :D gonna take some pikshures and gonna share em if wanted :P

McFit masterrace here :dealwithit:

they've opened up a new studio here in town, it's clean, offers loads of different training types and the people there are nice. Good enough considering that i only pay 19,99€. The one i've been visiting before charged me 40€/month and they offered less (no competition since mcfit migrated here just 2 years ago).

Currently switching to do the 3-splitt so that i can go up to 6 times per weak. Did you guys ever tried out "circle training"? Been doing it for 2 months. Great for workout if you don't have much time.

i'm actually in a really old mcfit. they built a new one like 5km next to mine where u can take courses etc., but since i'm not interested in the fitness stuff and don't like the look of the new studios with all the "schickimicki" mainstream mr sexiі stuff i stay in mine :D moreover i only need ~10 minutes to my mcfit if i use the bike. unfortunately no close alternatives to mcfit for me :( spent some time in a box gym but it's too far away and a real hassle to get to in the afternoon or early evening because of the traffic.
no chance to do circle training in my gym. i can't think of any time the day it would be empty enough to do that, but i think it works really great for your cardiovascular system and keeps you fit :SOA:

i guess you just started training if you go by ze glorious master race plan ? :trollseal:

Na, doin my own stuff. Everyone should make his own plan anyway. Dunno why so many believe that the available plans are the best possible thing to do. :)

depending on your training level i'd suggest full body workout

ive been doing 3 split the last years and it didnt work that well like full body workout every 2 days

just do basic stuff like benchpress, squat, deadlift, military press, chin ups and something like leg raises for your abs.

hf and whatch yourself grow. no real need for training arms all those small isolation exercises. at least thats my current experience :dealwithit:
ps: and ye, im also in mcfit. every big city has one so its rly nice that you can train everywhere
