Hello everyone

We don't usually post public announcements for all the member changes, but since the number of members that is affected by this is a bit higher, I think it's good to be very transparent with the decisions and what is happening.

The following players leave or get kicked from IDEAL:
Mntlptnt: Failed trial. He does not meet the expectations.
Adrian1: Failed trial. We feel he's a bit too young and doesn't really fit into the clan.
JagermeisterRedB: Mercenary for the campaign.
FromHellscream: He's been in the clan for quite a while and joined as someone's friend, but his English is meh, he isn't really part of the community and he underperforms, too.
Fudafake: Joined to get the campaign tank.
Teslaptak: This is a particularly tough decision, because he has been in the clan for a really long time now and I'm sure lots of people here like him. He joined because we thought he had lots of potential to improve his gameplay, while his attitude and sociability were really good already. Unfortunately, we see no improvement and the communication was lacking (no mic).
Rage_Mania1797: Mercenary for the campaign.
HecTic96: He's been in the clan for quite a while, but his English is meh, he isn't really part of the community and he underperforms, too.
Louis2brosGummer: He's been in the clan for a looong time, but he isn't really part of the community (most people have never even seen/played with him) and he underperforms, too.
Se1ryu: He's somewhat inactive, not part of the community and does not perform either.
br0d4: Inactive.
Feathertread: Inactive.
TheKomisar: Inactive and does not play well enough.
Kokifej: Inactive and does not play well enough.

Other changes:
Katharsis: Demotion to Trial. We feel we were a bit too quick with promoting him and would like to re-evaluate his performance.
LarryLegend0815: Demotion to Junior Officer. He will keep his forum access, but he's not actively doing any of his officer duties, therefore he does not need the full officer rank anymore.
Blackhawk666: Demotion to Trial. We feel we were a bit too quick with promoting him and would like to re-evaluate his performance and sociability.
Najgogo: Demotion to Trial. While the general performance is alright, we feel your attitude could use some improvement.
DePrav_d: Extension of Trial. We are not sure about him yet.
HowTheStoryEnds: Promotion to Junior Officer.


Everyone on that list will be informed via PMs on the WoT forums as well.

If you want to stick around in the community, you can of course request IDEAL Ex-Member status on the forums to keep most of your access.

Moved the thread, else people who got kicked and wonder what's up can't even see it.

Well, i expected that will happen finally.I haven't played Wot much only when campaign was actually. Anyways i have spent a great time in klanus and farmed shitton of gold
now i can in peace return to UTC

Thanks for everything, really. It was a great experience as well as a lesson for me. I was very active but at the same time quite annoying and just wouldn't shut up and also had a really bad start with TSOP and all that. I certainly have learnt from my mistakes and hopefully you will give me a second chance when my overalls get up and I get myself some redemption if you allow me to continue playing skirmish with you all. I guess that my issue was that I tried to be too loud about my presence which obviously annoyed everyone. All in all, thank you guys for everything, it was a great experience

I will make a topic where you can post all of your criticism so I can check all the boxes for next time.

we were just going through the clan list randomly. the prob is we cant kick everyone whos slightly too bad just because of their performance. thats not what ideal is about.
