Well fuck i bought the second one a few days ago.

You guys have no idea how glorious the b17 is.



It takes a FUCKTON of shots and still fly. And mine is stock, i can't imagine what happens when i upgrade the airframe and cover too.

With the stock bombs also, you get 180 RP for single bombing run, which is slightly better than what i take with the il4 and ju88. Again, can't imagine with the top gun.

It's decently fast, climbs decently too, GLORIOUS

In my first fight with it, it was a domination round, i flew it for the whole round at low altitude and killed 4 fighters.
Second flight was against high tier planes, took out a typhoon (the one with cannons) who unloaded his cannons on me without dealing much, then a mustang, a yak9t and a me410.

Can't wait for you guys to grab one too.

Shouldn't take me too long. Over halfway there. It's nice that you finally have a high BR plane, now i can finally play the Mustang, Kingcobra and Cannon Corsair in squadron.


(I still oneshot B-17s in my Ki-102 though)

Still at low tier bombers but He 111 with 32 50 kg bombs is hillarious (btw, noob question - is there an option to "unload all bombs" instead of spamming spacebar like a crazy person ?)), and so is the Japanese 4-prop flying boat .

I don't think there is a option for that, although it would be really useful. If you see any of us online spam us a tell Dug, we usually play together and bombing in a squad is more fun/effective.

But the p38 is also fun, get both. Now i need something higher tier for fighters i guess.

Nope sadly. Of all low tier bombers, the one you'll enjoy the most will be the ju88, same amount of bombs as the he111 but faster, and you can also bomb while in a dive.

Today there was another fix being released, i wonder how they changed this

- Flight models of Fw 190 (series A, F and D) and Do. 217 (N and J) updated (data sheets are published on the forum).

Also, now i got my high tier battle with the b17.

Enemy had two Yer that carry a total of 5000kg of bombs. They killed our base in minutes.

Yer or Do217 also carry quite some bombs, i wanna haz one.

I have the Do217 unlocked but i rather have a Yer, or a lancaster.

Also, i stopped researching Pe3s because i remembered i have the gift Tu2. While it carries less bombs it has two frontal firing 20mm cannons, good for bomber hunting using the fact i spawn at their altitude ^^
