I just know that if Twitch doesn't hold the rights, the music gets muted in the VOD.
Didn't get a warning of any kind yet.

btw one of my dudes of my learning group was backtraveling in australia for one year and took his music with to germoney
i listened to his first gud cd when i started studies until the 4th semester, no regrets :)
