I don't know what you mr sexiis (I am actually spelling it out although "fgts" is much shorter and easier) are doing, but the server load ist almost at 100%. Either find the shit that is causing the lags or deal with it.

Alternative option: you could also get your own MC server and we can talk about transferring the map.

Edit: rebooting server for now, this might fix the lags.

Edit 2: okay, reboot fixed the lags, also the server version is outdated - will update.

Edit 3: okay, server is running latest version of spigot now.

If there are issues again, I guess another update + server reboot will fix it again. The server version is "not for production use" anyway.

How about a huge phallus that spews magma on button press in an obsidian chamber to punish grievers and Aubreeeee?

An arena to fight buffed zombies is also nice. That arena can have pressure plates that fire poison darts, hidden pits with magma, cacti and stuff. Might also be used for PvP with prices.

Yeah, on the old Server we also had games with the teleportationfruits.
We could build a "city center" where the spawn is atm, a church for all of perrys deaths.
Bowser made a tower as high as the buildinglimit once, michi and daquicker started a wall from got, story made a castle with a surrounding pit down to bedrock. We could revisit all those ideas and complete them one by one
