Generally so far there was always a sense of restraint in some way (well, except for character motivation/decisions/actions). Here i really liked they just didnt give a fuck and went full retard with the massacre while keeping the tone of it very positive. Though, since the cat is out of the bag with Carl, I wonder if America allows them to do this;

Its not 100% historical accurate, but it tries to balance history with entertainment, and it works very well in my opinion.
And to note, all non european / blu-ray versions have censored / removed nudity and sex.
Don't know if the streaming services are censored or not.
