spaceship confirmed gg

go for razer deathadder or steelseries

the kana from steelseries has not the button layout he wanted

still one more than the deathadder which doesn't come with a button for dpi switching :P

little bit offtopic but i'm wondering, does anyone of you guys use multiple sensitivities or profiles which he switches around on his mouse ?
i have the option to switch between two profiles (or even more ??? no clue) on my mouse and i reeeeeeeally rarely use it, i think only in wot where the sens is so fucked up on range and normal sens feels like 720 quickscope.
i mean for like fps games it doesn't make any sense because you need to get accustomed to your sens to do flickshots for example, but i also know guys who play with different sens for y-axis and x-axis, so i guess nothing is impossibruh :deadseal:

so do you and if yes why ?

yeah sry, mixed it with the zowie :o

I can't recommend any other mouse, because this thing is almost IDDQD. Get one and get buried with it.

i killed at least two of them :tomatard:

Also, the axle for the scroll wheel is made from titanium.

Never ever buy Roccat. They're all plastic bamboo products made in China.
Totally shit service. Horrible products getting damaged after 2 days you've bought it.
Damages inside which you cannot repair and have to pay to get it fixed or just buy a new one.
Roccat headsets are the worst, they're known for the shitty annoying cracking sound because of the plastic LED's having a leak.

1) the mouse is awesome
2) mousewheel breaks on every 2nd mouse not because of the titan axis but because of the bearing of this axis

1) I used to only use roccat products
2) They tend to break
3) They're not comfortable and has a horrible grip imo
4) Razer are not the best either
5) Buy MSI

there are at least 3 types of holding a mouse, there is never one mouse that fit all types furthermore some have special wishes like dpi adjustment or more buttons.

haven't ever bought anything from roccat because everybody i know has had really bad experiences with roccat, just as melon described. Mice not working anymore after 2 days, headsets cracking or breaking, really awful support etc.
maybe the ergonomics are good, but if so many people have the same problems, the quality overall seems to be shit on roccat.

imho totally not worth the prize, but maybe this is the one product which is different :P

I live in a 1st world country, so all electrical equipment have a 2 year warranty by law.
I play only tanks, so ergonomics are all I care about, also fancy lights.

Dunno, using the G502 myself. Very recommendable. The G402 can't be wrong then I guess.

Got a G502 myself as well, after using the MX510 and G5 for the past 10 years or so I can't really complain. Not the biggest fan of the styling but at least it's comfy.

One thing I noticed, compared to the G5, is that it feels heavier even though it's listed as lighter than the G5, which I think might be due to the part where you rest your pinky not really having a ridge there like on the old mice (instead it has a very grippy textured rubber surface).

Anyway, didn't get the G402 myself because I slightly preferred the shape of the G502, but logitech's build quality still seems to be good and afaik the G402 has a good sensor as well.

PS I believe totallymeyou has a G402 and he seems happy with it, but then again he's also a bit of an idiot..

I set it so the highest DPI setting is the one I commonly use, had some misclicks on the raise DPI button when I was trying to click LMB for the first few weeks :P

don't buy these things, the middle mouse button (aka push scrollbutton) is extremely flimsy and breaks insanely fast. Given that these are expensive things, that's just not acceptable. (I have 2 here at home, both have the same issue)

So my G402's scrollwheel broke after about 10 months, so I decided to try a new mousebrand.
This is what I bought today
Spoiler:
SteelSeries Rival

Gotta say, this fits much better in my hand than the G402, and even though this is a bit bigger, is still about the same weight. Can recommend!

I've had the RAT3 for 4 years now. Both side buttons are "broken" (They work, put I have to press them at a different angle than I normally would, hence I mark them as broken). One of the side buttons "broke" after just one day of using it as push-to-talk. Otherwise the mouse has served me well for my purposes.
