Definitely gonna do something with that as for victory screens i need some ideas since it must be a wide picture. For now i added some placeholder pics to check if it works corrently.
I also replaced food with Schwarzenegger supplements, here for example the Germans have a Muscle Bar instead of choco..
China has Iron Mass Russia Iron Pump and so on...

It does work for me and i am preparing to add some more lines but i think after the next update i have nearly everything there is to be found from arnie in this voice pack inluding recent youtube videos.
right now im close to 350 voice files.

This modpack was put together by Remmke using over 231 voice segments of Arnold Schwarzenegger the bringer of light and the true saviour. Not only from movies but also documentaries and speeches. More will be added with time.
Copyright: All audio belongs to respective copyright holders - this mod might be included in modpacks if credit is given.
INSTALLATION: Copy folder to \res_mods and change in game voice to STANDARD instead of NATIONAL.

Under which tab are the sounds? I don't want the artrosious tonk sounds in my game, nor do I want the music. I am switching the sound tab's a bit, but now I don't hear any of the quote's at all. Also I'm not sure if this affects anything, but when I was switching those tabs I had a couple of games where there were no quote's at all.
Edit: It's not in the music tab or the vehicle tab.
@remmel: Menu > Settings > Sounds > Volume tabs

Not sure what you mean by sound tabs? Do you have a engine_config.xml? Does it contain the path to the soundfiles?
Anyway i made more progress by adding sixsense and qoutes at start of battle + some music download
