Made this shit so far, could get a worse MB to safe some € and maybe a worse GPU + less RAM to safe money, even the Case is more up to you. So I guess you could go down to ~800€ if you want OpieOP

Rabbi, you can't send pcbuilder links :D

You have to buy usb slots on the side, its pretty cheap though. Like 10€ each.

Also, i forgot to mention i need a new monitor. If a good one isnt possible in 1k euros we can make the limit to 1200. Also with two monitors then, does every pc has two slots for monitors? Sry, if that sounds silly, but i am just not into this tecnical things

short answer: yes.
slightly longer answer: It depends on your GPU. most GPUs got 3 ports for monitors.
Windows can be obtained via your school, your future university, probably via your fathers office or pirate it (yohohoho).
optical drive costs 20 euros.

do you have an old notebook that came with windows? there should be a key at the bottom of it. DL the ISO, use the old key. No need to buy another copy of windows.

well, the ram should make quite a difference. furthermore he wants to stream on 60fps.

@krieger i adjusted the setup according to your wishes and included a monitor.

as for windows, do as xen said, reuse a key you already have, pirate it or get it somewhere else. dont pay 100 euro for it.

you know he wants to spent only <1k € and yours is 1.1k€
and why not boxed cpu instead, since he can't overclock that CPU anyways

on his second post he said 1200 euro if a monitor is included^^
plus the cpus tend to overheat with boxed coolers if you stream. I remember when I streamed with my boxed i5 3570k... the thing was running on 90°C. better safe than sorry.

the overheating thing is BS. They are designed to run your CPU at max load stock clocks at sustainable temps. The only problem is that they are awfully loud.

yeah, it was also because of dust in the casing. But as you said, the box coolers make a lot of noise as well. the unboxed version costs 15 euro less and a really good cooler is around 30-40 euro. worth it.
