Needs a new phone

Whelp. I tried to fix my phone by replacing the screen with one from an old non-functioning phone. Didn't go so well. Ended up tearing one of those flat paper-thin wire thingies. Now I can't even turn it on. :D

Need suggestions for a new phone now. Needs to be under 200euro. Never had any interest in phones and shiet so I've no idea what's good and what's bad. Would like some suggestions to start looking around.

One thing I will say is, I have a Samsung Galaxy J3. Belonged to my mom, but the screen is also broken. OpieOP Would I be better off just trying to get it repaired?

try to get a used high end phone being ~2 years old where you can replace the battery should give you the best bang for the buck

I currently have a S4 mini and this completely fits my needs. Could be a bit larger because I often hit the wrong button on the keyboard and type bollocks :paris_hilton:

- fits in pocket
- battery lasts at least two days (when using for internetradio for about 1h a day)
- battery can be replaced
- has sd card slot (mine got a 32gb card for pictures and osmand+ map data)
- headphone jack (new iphone Kappa)
- supports custom roms (using mine with Cyanogenmod, LineageOS is also available)
- used for around ~120€, new ~200€

But I guess you get better devices for ~200€ by now.

Look for used high end phones like brati said. they drop massively in price since they bring out new models every year, 2 year old Samsung/Sonys should be around 200€. Personally I would recommend Sony or HTC since they have a higher production value than Samsung, thus being better for buying used ones.

I just fixed my phone by soldering (surprised it worked as it was iron soldered to... plastic and idk what?), so can hold off for another while now. :D

Thanks for the advice tho bois <3
