Since my mic dieded i was thinking, is it possible to use my android phone as mic and use my normal headphones as intended?

It is possible. I use my phone as a cam for example, it picks up the audio as well and is free.
Program is called "DroidCam" and adds the phone-cam as a webcam source and the mic as mic-source. It connects via wlan, so you can even walk around with it, if it tickles your fancy.

You can disable the mic and leave the cam up, dont know if it is possible vice versa. It drains battery tho, so have your charger around

Tried it, doesnt work as functional as i wanted so I think i might just replace my 15y old Sennheiser HD555 with a new wireless one with an integrated mic. Sennheiser PXC 550-II seems like a good candidate.

why dont you get no seperated mic?

I could use the headphones at work aswell then as phone and for music.

The Bose 700 are getting good reviews as well
