Nah. They fit the car and they look flashy without looking trashy due to the classic design. They strike a perfect balance between boring silver/grey/black rims with a bland design and red/green/purple/white/yellow/whatever "tuning" wheels. haters gonna hate tho.

saw this dude with the same wheels in silver on his 190e last summer. they look good but really boring

Those multi-spokes are very period. Friend of mine has an original Ur Quattro with some genuine BBS multi-spokes like those, they were ordered as an optional extra when it was new.

This one dude (Dr. Rouven Mohr) is a high level engineer for audi/lambo ("Leiter Entwicklung Gesamtfahrzeug", at least thats what he was at lambo 3 years ago) and a serious petrol head (AFAIK owns at least two porsches, one lambo, an audi RS... 7? i dont know lol, a drift car infinity g35 and an r32 GTR, think I saw a G-wagon at some point too). This audi coupe in the video is a private project of his (as far as I know) for the 40th anniversary of the original Audi Quattro, although he has a few fellow audi engineers and designers helping him. Sexy looking bodykit bruh.

video is timestamped to the compilation at the end

Some cars still have character. Toyota's new Yaris GR is amazing, basically a street legal rally car from the factory. Lightweight (1200ish kg), high power (261ps, dynos higher, allegedly), 5.5s to 100 (in 3rd gear), 230km/h vmax, dedicated 2 door version just for the GR, widebody, carbon roof, you can completely toggle off traction control (like actually completely, unlike many other cars), oh and of course AWD, and the RWD is detached from the FWD when you pull the handbrake (because rally car)
