i started after my 10 rankmatches with DMG and i have to say i encountered most hackers on that level (MGII/DMG). on EM and higher i rarely see any hackers or at least not so obvious hackers.
sure there are strange things going on from time to time, but if i see on the other side how lucky i am in some situations, i credit it to RNG.
skill rating is crappy anyways just thought it would be funny how people see the ratings :D. i consider myself still a noob at csgo and i'm EM, i think there's still a huge difference to playing 5vs5 premade than this 3+2 vs 4+1 premades or sth.
even though you have to admit imo that people around dmg at least know how the mechanics work (recoil, when to eco/buy, how to react, where to smoke bla bla)

does anybody know btw how the formula works for rankups ? the only thing i know for sure is that you can't get downranked after a match if you win.
but what i'm interested in is how much everything is considered for a rank up ( points/game , k/d, frags in general, MVP's, w/l ratio, etc. ). my personal impression is that the avg points per game play a big role.

Well actually most DMGs I saw didnt know shit. They only hit stuff.
Ranking is mostly about consistency. You find the same players skillwise from mg1 - dmg+, I even saw some of gold novas who play 10 times better than some dmgs. Then there are hackers who are too bad to make it past dmg. Those hackers who are better and dont play too obvious you will find in higher ranks but then its hard to tell the difference. I also saw the most hackers on mg1-mg2 so far but only they made it pretty obvious.
