bussi means a kiss in a non-sexual way most of the time in german and apart from that if germans add an -i at the end of words they usually want to imitate a swiss accent.

Most of those words have latin origin. It's pretty much the same in German:

bar = Bar
bus = Bus
elephant = Elefant
film = Film
grill = Grill
hall = Halle
helicoper = Helikopter
hotel = Hotel
melon = Melone
neutral = neutral
normal = normal
paper = Papier
president = President
pub = Kneipe (that one is different, although you can just use the english word too)
cider = Apfelwein/Most (but everyone will understand cider)
tractor = Traktor
trumpet = Trompete

Interestingly, we don't use that word at all . And adding an "i" at the end of every word =/= Swiss German
Edit: Sorry, my brain works a bit slowly today and I ignored the post about adding "i" to make it a Finnish word
