The EVGA has a gpu with 1165MHz and the MSI has 1140MHz, don't know if this is worth to mention. Guess the big difference is the cooling.

After some research I'm not sure which GraKa I should take.

EVGA GeForce GTX 970 ACX 2.0 SuperClocked, &
MSI GeForce GTX 970 Gaming 4G

Since I could safe 40€ and don't find any reviews for my purpose. I need your help again O:)

I heard only good things about EVGA, never used it myself.
The MSI is pretty good though, got it myself.
You will get basically the same performance out of both cards, in my opinion the cooling of the MSI is better, while you get 5 years of warranty on the EVGA (i think). You have to be your own judge, both cards are pretty good.
GIGABYTE G1 GTX 970 Gaming is also worth mentioning.

I have this one: Asus NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 970 OC STRIX
It's good but in WOT it has a few fps below the Gigabyte G1 gaming (my brother Triple_A has that one). It's in the 5-10 range so barely noticeable since both can reach ~110-120 in WOT.
With VSync on (where you have a max 60 fps with any card) the G1 sits @ 61 (lol) and mine fluctuates between 58 and 60 but this might also be because of my CPU which is an i7 but the old 2K version (5 years old).

EVGA is usually in the OC business from the start.. they don't mess with the standard builds at first like the other companies. They are very good at what they do but it shows in the price usually.

EVGA only has 3 years warranty on the 970, which I believe is the standard nvidia warranty duration, same should apply to the MSI one (which was surprisingly hard to find, only found some amazon comments stating the 3 year duration).

Edit: found a somewhat better source for the 3 year duration of MSI cards, came from the 970 product page

Okay guys, I ordered my pieces yesterday. Just a final question, since I get nearly everything new, do I need to reinstall my windows? Or is it enought to install my new drivers?

I've never replaced a "graka" myself, but drivers should be enough? Cant see a reason for a full reinstall as you haven't changed CPU/Motherboard. On the other hand if you haven't done a reinstall in a while, it might be a good opportunity to start with a clean table.
