72 streams now, and update frequency lowered to 2mins.

EDIT: I also made a dedicated table for the rare occasion that one of us is streaming, they'll be on top of the list.

Now it also sorts the streams into categories by this order; IDEAL, EU player, NA player, RU player, Community Contributes and Wargaming.
And that's why I shamelessly added Circon and Foch.
