explorer.exe keeps crashing

I have win7. My computer runs pretty much all day every day. It rebooted some time yesterday when I wasn't home, presumably because of a windows update, and now the explorer.exe keeps crashing. Google wasn't very helpful. Maybe one of you mr sexiіs knows what to do.

If you have any instructions that involve opening some kind of system application or something like that, you'll have to tell me the command lines, because explorer.exe won't even work for 1s. There's no way for me to use it to run anything.

I just kept clicking that error message away by restarting explorer.exe. It stopped showing up after like 100 crashes or so. Let's see how long thats going to last...

I booted in safe mode to back up a few of my files I hadnt backed up yet, because it crashed less frequently in safe mode. I created a new user and regularly booted into that. Crashed less frequently, too. Then I booted back into my regular user and it only crashed once at the beginning. Everything is slow as shit, though. GG.

The more corrupted gay shit you watch the more prone you're to corrupting your windows installation.
Simple as that.

My current install date for my desktop is 23.07.2014, 20:31:41 and I'm surprised very surprised that it still holds alright.
But I'm thinking about doing full retard and get Windows 10 on it, as it werks just fine on my laptop.
